1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sinus Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Sinus Media provides:

• Digital music distribution to 150+ streaming platforms
• Music publishing administration and royalty collection
• YouTube Content ID monetization services
• Rights management across social media platforms
• Music marketing and promotional services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Content Ownership & Rights

Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to your music and content
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute and promote your content
• You confirm you own or have necessary rights to all content submitted
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

Prohibited Content

• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Illegal, defamatory, or offensive material
• Content containing malware or harmful code

5. Distribution Terms

• Distribution to platforms typically takes 24-72 hours (varies by platform)
• We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific platform
• Platforms may remove content that violates their terms
• UPC and ISRC codes are assigned and remain with your releases

6. Payments & Royalties

• Royalties are calculated based on platform payments and our service fees
• Payments are processed monthly after meeting minimum payout thresholds
• You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings
• Payment disputes must be raised within 90 days
• We reserve the right to withhold payments if fraud is suspected

7. Service Fees

Service fees and pricing are detailed in your service agreement. Fees may be changed with 30 days' notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new fees.

8. Content Removal & Takedowns

You may request content removal at any time. We will:

• Process takedown requests within 5-10 business days
• Notify DSPs to remove content (actual removal timing depends on platforms)
• Note that some platforms may retain cached copies temporarily

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms or applicable laws
• Submit fraudulent or infringing content
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our staff or systems
• Fail to pay applicable fees

10. Intellectual Property

Sinus Media's website, logo, branding, and proprietary technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our marks without written permission.

11. Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earnings, or platform acceptance. We are not liable for platform policy changes or technical issues beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinus Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sinus Media harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of services, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.

14. Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, India, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
